Opis projektu EN

1. Project title:  Polish and Lithuanian food like at mum’s place           

2. Duration time : March 2013 – October 2013

3. Project description:  the project propagates Polish and Lithuanian national dishes and gives our students the opportunities to improve their skills in English. As a final result of the project is expected the Picture  English- Polish- Lithuanian Food Dictionary. It will contain food vocabulary which we will need to describe the Polish and Lithuanian food. Besides the students will create post cards with photos and recipes of the most popular Polish and Lithuanian food . During the project the students are going  to define  the most typical dishes, elaborate the recipes for them and  gather the necessary vocabulary and phrases connected with the topic. The project includes implementation of the mini culinary programmes in the shape of the short films. The Polish and Lithuanian students will present how to perform the most favourite and in their opinion recommendable dishes. During the cooperation the students will explore the food of the partner country and practise all language skills. The project will improve for sure the students skills in ITC. Of the inestimable value will be the new contacts with the project friends. Maybe we will meet in the real world.

  • Promoting of the independence, responsibility and social activity

12.Evaluation:

Through the whole project we will define the degree of involvement of the students and analyze the results of our work. We try to define our strengths and weaknesses. We will need a survey as a tool including all project materials
